Drinks for all. Break out the Lagavulin for the electrical wizzards,
which I am not.

'98 Heritage, 75,000 miles.  All lights work normally when the bike is
started.  All lights continue to work normally as long as riding is
slow speed around town type stuff.  After a highway run, even a short
one, the right turn signals don't work.  A little more slow driving
and everything works again.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

WAG? Broken filament making intermittent contact.

Replace the bulb and see what happens.  They're cheap.

Another WAG, a cracked or loose ground wire to one of the signals.
Check the bulb first though. (You can always use a spare bulb)
Also could be dirt in the base of the socket or the spring interupting
juice to the bulb.

Had a bike doing intermittent sh.t like that a couple of weeks ago.
Changing the rear (1156) bulb sorted it.

Been through the bulb thing.  I carry spares with me and I changed
them all out.  I'm afraid the I might have something wrong in the
wiring harness or possobly a bad ground, but I'm not good enough with
the electrical stuff to properly diagnose it.  Hate to do it, but I
might have to put it in the shop.  Thanks.

I think it's an electrical problem.

Or the blinker fluid may need replacing...

I'm not a wizard but I had a similar issue (on an fxd). The wire to the rear lites had
come out of the clips inside the fender and the wheel had rubbed the insulation off. The
left side turn signals (including front) didn't work when it was wet/raining. Easy fix
once diagnosed.

Good luck.

Doesn't the T/S module get a speed input from somewhere? (for canceling
purposes)
Perhaps it's lost it's mind?

I think it cancels based on revolutions but blinks based on voltage. There were enough
electrons escaping when wet to booger it up in my case. I think. Electrical tape fixed it
somehow.

Don't believe everything I think.

You might be on to something.  One thing that I did notice, but didn't
mention, is that when the signal fails sometimes it goes on for a
split second and then stays off.  It may be getting a signal that its
duration is over, even though it didn't even really start yet. Thanks,
I'll look in to that.
