i print tamper proof decals regularly here at work.  a tamper proof decal is
easy to print.  what would stop someone from ordering up a couple of hundred
knocks offs and save having to peel them off of legal helmets?

once again, stupid regulations that won't stop a real dishonest person and
cost the consumer more money in the end.

I want to know how they sell the helmets they take the dot sticker off
of?!?!?   or do they go to a dealer and steal the stickers off the helmets
there!?!?!

ebay....)
