I've been seriously considering a one piece textile suit for a good
while now and was going to pull the trigger on the Olympia Phantom next
week when the "incentive" checks come. Well, last Friday, I found a
used Roadcrafter one piece for $200 on one of the forums I visit. Yes,
you read that right. I talked to the seller and got some pictures
forwarded. It looked good, so I overnighted him a money order. It
came today. Holy sh.t, this thing is nearly new, but an old version
without the ballistics. I don't care! It's going to suit me just fine
(pun intended). <seg> Damn, sometimes it pays to be patient and cheap.

Congrats on the new duds! I am sure they will be very well used (lots
of miles) by the end of the season.
I sent away for the Stich catalouge and got on their email list for
specials, customer returns etc. When I find the right suit at the
right price in my size I'll probably pull the trigger too.
Now get out and ride in the thing.

I did. Ya gotta test this stuff. Regularly. <g> I'm impressed with
it. It looks like it will be extremely, uhhh, warm. Looks are
deceiving. I was damn comfy and it breathes. Guess I'm gonna have to
invest later this year in the Gerbings pants to go with the jacket
under this thing. Shoot me a note with your size and I'll keep an eye
open on the ADV FleaMarket.
