All export only seized property and general order merchandise must be
physically removed from the United States within 60 days from day of
sale, or buyer will default the terms of sale and property/merchandise
will be resold by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Removal of export

You'd need to DOT cert them - major pita. They were never legally
imported. Probably siezed from tourists.

Is it worth it for a GS500 and some VTwin Cruiser (Just assuming that
from the vin on the #2 bike, since the TL's didn't come out till '98.)
Doubtful. The GS500 is worth maybe a grand. The other one, who knows...
