Dear all,

today's dirtparty was a bit of a mess.
Son brought Daniel, a firsttimer, to play with his babydirtbike.
I didnt get to see much of the kid's riding, son took care of teaching him
how to.
While unloading i saw a few guys blasting around in the main theatre with
cars, so i suggested my team to switch to the lesser used areas.
Traction was great, dunesand was very damp, mud and waterpuddles were all
over the place.
Son and Daniel went to the south end of the dirtpark, came back nowandthen
for OK reports.
S.I.L. rode off for a warmup lap and came back walking?????
(pic on ABPM)
Bike has cut out, never started up again.
Seems to spark ok, so we guessed it was a fuelprob (also because last repair
we did was adjusting the floathighth).
Trailside repair didnt help us any...after setting floathighth to original
(or justabout) it would try and fire after extensive bumpstarting, but did
not respond to throttle.
After maybe an hour of bloodsweatandtears we gave in, this is gone need some
more than just a quick fix.
While loading up the bikes for the way back the two little boys were
happychatting aboud the riding they did, so i guess that went well.
Its a bit ahead of schedule, but the suzy will get a top-end-refresh someday
during the winter.
I was hoping S.I.L. would get his first few hours training on the suzy in
its current lazy state, but he does need the engine to run for obvious
reasons.
Now we gone face the breaking in of a new topend with a mildly experienced
rider....
Ah well, we cross that bridge when we come to it, first we take advantage of
the downseason for some serious wrenching.
