NARTY PARTY... NorCal meets SoCal...
This Saturday the 25th at 0800 the shirts will depart the Busy Little
Shop in Sac aboard Mr.RC45...
First stop is Davis where Holly carries the shirts aboard Super Chicken...
Davis to the Vista Point parking Golden Gate for pics...
http://www.goldengatebridge.org/visitors/directions.html
Vista Point to Mountain View where Denise Howard carries the shirts
aboard Niner Two Niner...
http://www.ci.mtnview.ca.us/welcome.htm
Mt. View to Alices...
http://www.calhsta.org/library/alices.html
Granted this is fast notice (what isn't in the Golden State) but if the
majority of Bay Area NARTors join the SoCal NARTors at Alices (NorCal
equivalent of the Rock Store) it will be narty narty party time...
http://www.calhsta.org/library/alices.html
I offer food and lodging at the Busy Little Shop for up to 4 NorCal
NARTors but I'm 140 miles away from Alices... (well worth the trip if
you like to eat waffles and fondle titanium bits)
http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?country=US&address=&city=Antelope&state=CA
Denise offers her fold out couch for one NorCal Nartor and she is
located just 20 miles from Alices...
Anyone else in the area offer lodging for NorCal Nartors???
OK who's in???

Ouch. Fast notice, no sh.t. Brunch, day after tomorrow? (hmmm...tell
the boss tonight I'm taking tomorrow and a few more days off, start
packing when I get home from work at midnight, get up early, strap the
gear to the bike and ride the boringbahn all day, find a site at San

I was under the impression one of the BA crowd (Al Moore?) was going to
relay it south. I don't think it's quite *such* the rush idea. Although, a
fast blast up I-5 from San Diego to Alice's, then back down would score you
*major* brownie points with... Oh, who gives a f.ck. It would make a good
story of the "I did stupid sh.t for a T-Shirt" sort. We'll get the shirt to
the Bay Area, and then it's y'all's responsibility after that.....

Hope it's a great get-together Larry. I won't be able to make it up, but
have a beer on me. As far as SoCal Nart'ers - it looks like Steph and I are
available the weekend of Oct. 16th. Maybe we can get a crew together around
LA or San Diego and move the shirts over to Arizona.

It's been mentioned that a short (or long) detour south of the border
might be in order. Something to think about.

Welcome back, Charles.
NART = North American Reeky Tour
T-Shirt Rally covering North America. Started down here in Texas,
headed east, up the coast, then west, up into the frozen north where
the Canadians signed it, then around to the west coast. When it makes
its way back to Texas, we're having a NART party and Reeky BBQ.
