Please help me with my ignorance. I saw this ad on craigslist : http://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/mcy/197817111.html It lists both jetted carbs and a Power Commander. Can you have both? Not impossible if the bike has a computer controlled ignition and power commander happens to sell a device to remap the ignition tables.
