A lot, I sold my 2001 GSX R1000, with 52,000 miles on it.. the new
owner has a locked grin..
I crashed my 2003 RC51, with 48,500 miles it, both bikes were riding
almost better than new at those mileage.. I rode fast, but I didn't
dog the bikes, and changed oil pretty regular. Keeping the right
pressure in your tires, and no hot doggin (super fast starts), goes a
long way in saving tires and bike..

On the CONTRARY, the fun you get off riding a sportbike is
PRICELESS...:)
Oil changes, tires, and even periodical maintanance, is nothing
compare to the joy of riding a sportbike..
Just my old 2 cents..:)
