On the CONTRARY, the fun you get off riding a sportbike is PRICELESS...:) Oil changes, tires, and even periodical maintanance, is nothing compare to the joy of riding a sportbike.. At WFO track speeds a literbike might get 20 MPG, where a Ninja 250 ridden conservatively will get over 60. Name your poison. > How many miles can you expect a sportbike to give you? My F4i has 20k miles with only one dealer service. I expect I could get well over 100,000 miles from it if I continue appropriate maintenance. Some riders ruin a bike in 20K miles, but the guy who takes care of his sportbike might get 100K out of it.
