Bryan, will the bars clear the fairing?

Probably not. Not to mention issues with brake lines, throttle cables
and electric switches.
I have give the fairin issue some thought. The bars will most like
hit the wind screen, so I think an after market screen and liberal use
of an angle grinder could solve the problem for not much money.
I guess I'm trying to turn my F4i into a motard or something. But it
sure looks like it would make for a comfy ride.

I know someone who did that with a Daytona 955.
It looked like crap but he rode it well.

You could remove the front fairing and add a decent nose piece for
Acerbis or something.
The Acerbis cyclops with an HID light kit works pretty good for a
streetfighter style package.
Unless you want to tour on it, or ride over 120 regularly, the nose
piece and high bars should work good together.

Too bad you don't live closer. I'd make ya one. The ones in the pics
look kinda... Wimpy IMHO.
I'm currently designing up, and machining a new set of foot pegs for the
"ulybolt"(up an inch than the stock Uly pegs). I kept dragging them at
my last track day. With the Ulybolt's suspension being an inch less than
the Uly, it makes sense to move 'em up an inch I hope :)
And a set of swingarm and front fork sliders... All billet goodness :)

Or hang off.

I do hang off, and got some kudos for my corner setup and body position
by the coaches at the last track day. So that really isn't the problem.

Time to spring for a trackbike then.

I made a set of those for my supermoto. Four skateboard wheels (cool
looking ones, too) and some foot long threaded SS, washers, and lock
nuts. Worked great, for under $35.

Yeah, that's the ticket! Thanks. And cheaper than buying another bike.
I'm writing my letter to Santa tonight.
Now if I could just find some hardcases.

I'm in the wrong biz...
$400 for $60 worth of materials. And maybe 90 minutes.

And a web team and lawyers and marketing and taxes and cash flow and
research and quality control and waste removal and packers and secretaries
and insurance and etc.
It sounds good on paper but reality sucks.

You do realize what I already do for a living?
We've go the lawyers.
The web team? I'll just use my brother, who is the lead web
developer/programmer for a fortune 100 medical manufacturer.
Quality control? This stuff would be a cake walk compared to the medical
molds we currently make.
Waste removal is the cheapest and least of my worries.
Packers? That can be done while the machine is running :)
Secretaries? Already go that.
Seriously, I know the ins and outs of running a machine shop quite well.
I've been doing it for 20+ years.

Then sharpen your pencil and make a nice crop of off the shelf goods
that the rest of us dummies will overpay for.

Oh, you are already in the business. I thought you were just a hobbyist. My
apologies.

The only thing, is we're tooled up to machine exotic(read... EXPENSIVE)
tool steels and such. Not much aluminum. I've been trying to talk the
powers that be at work to diversify in to markets such as this. But they
don't see it as being profitable enough.<sigh>
