Does anybody know if the CB125 twins were ever made with a 'leccy foot? Depends which 125 twins. The early CB92 twins were, yes. The 1970s/1980s CB12xT (unrestructed versions, using a tuned Benly engine) did nothave an electric start. OK, in which case there was a 125 twin that looked like a sleeved down CB175 (because it was). Very. very rare here, but reasonably common on the Continent. The final models looked like sleeved down CB200s (because they were). Yes, electric start.
