I got what was alleged to be a decent map for mine off the guy who sold me the full system. He claimed that he had his tested at 168 r/w bhp but I still haven't had it dynoed for myself, that's waiting until I finally get the time and the inclination to do some other bits and pieces.

The standards don't sound that bad you know. For standard cans they surprised me by popping on the overrun which was nice.
First job for you should be to take the Y-piece off and repeatedly jam a large screwdriver into it until the Cat falls out, it's a 30 minute job. This cooled the system down for me (stopped my right thigh burning in traffic) and made the standard cans sound a bit deeper too.
