Looks like it's on, but the mountain will be shut to spectators, they'll
be disinfecting marshals (about time if you ask me), and they want
people to watch from the various town sections if possible.

So I'd imagine the racers will be happy, but it'll be a bit sh.t for the
audience.

I dunno so much - in 13 or 14 visits, I've only watched on the
mountain a handful of times.  It's not bad up there, but you're
usually stuck up there all day, and the weather can catch you out.

There's thousands of great places to watch in the other 26 miles.

Have you thought of applying for the job of Minister Of Tourism on the
IoM?

Didn't Richard "Milky" Quayle hold said position for a while?  Or act as

The article I read made mention of something like 'designated viewing
spots', which sounded a bit too formal for my liking.
