I know there are a number of people from the derbyshire/nottinghamshire area
who hang around these parts.
I'm going to be in said area this weekend and possibly looking for new
leathers/lid. Do the collective FOAK have any recommendations for definite
thumbs up/down shops in the area?

JTS (? Not sure if that is their name) in Kimberley, over the road from
Sainsburys.
Hein Gericke in Nottingham.
JTS would be my choice - they sell last years kit at reduced prices, and
they have a reasonable amount of stock in.
Alan.

Dunno if this is any use to you, but "Busters"
(http://www.busters-accessories.co.uk/) are doing 2 piece leathers for 60
quid total on a promo at the mo'. They don't look bad either.
