I wouldn't be so sure if I were you this is me we are talking about, my
favourite subject as it goes and with regard to what I don't know I know
all about it all ready and that applies to what I can't do as well and
when it comes to finding wrong notes where they cannot possibly be any
wrong notes I would back me against the bloke who found the lost chord
any day. I am confident that merkin lawyers will be queuing up to take
on my case when I sue the maker for millions for misrepresentation.

I've never got on with scratchy instruments like the guitar, so I'd
hate the violin. I'm fine with piano, violin, etc. One of my old
music teachers said that I should learn to play the guitar, I lasted
about 20 minutes into the lesson when I got up, confessed to the
teacher and the class that I felt no warmth or emotion towards that
kind of stringed instrument and never attended another lesson.
The scratch/strumstick is the personification of the ANNOYING musical
instrument to me.

I'm shacking up with Scraggy and Wessie (IIRC) coming early on Friday
again this year and will be there until Sunday. Included in the plans
will not be playing the strumstick.

I wouldn't want to show myself up by being unable to master such a
powerful and complex instrument.

You've never had hold of a decent guitar if your impression is they're
scratchy.
