We had our workstation posture (or whatever) audit today. Question: "Do you spend extended periods of time at the screen and keyboard?" Yes "Do you know that you should take hourly breaks away from the screen and keyboard?" I smoke, so I take smoke breaks more often than once an hour "Very good, excellent!"
