Ignore the names below the picture - they are subject to change without
notice once we decide the names that fit their personalities.

Both 3-4 months old. The tortie is almost unbearably cute.

Current cats have been in (while the new ones were still in the
cat-carrier, sniffed the newbies and exited the room, clearly
underwhelmed. But no hissing or spitting involved on either party.

Nice one for adopting two rescue/sanctuary cats :)

NewMale met OldMale yesterday. Words were exchanged and NewMale was
left with an impact pawprint on the top of his head. Exeunt OldMale
stage left, highly unamused.

NewMale still wants to be friends with OldMale though. I have images of
Daffy and the Abominable Snowman..

Our old guy tolerates the new arrival to a point, Problem is that he
indicates his displeasure with that tail flicking from side-to-side that
they do.

Wilf then goes into full-on bum-shuffling 'stalk' mode, fixated on the
old guy's tail...

Much hilarity ensues,

It'll get there fairly soon. OldMale objected to OldFemale in much the
same way on the first meeting.
And then the next morning was scratching at the room door to be let in
to play with her..

I'll bet.

Awww.

Wilf caught his first mouse at the weekend! I was so proud.

Our older male has now progressed to dropping his half-eaten mice into
Cheryls wellies.

She didn't bother to check before putting them on. Much hilarity ensued
(on my part) and threats of sudden death (from her).

What *is* it with that? He had his second yesterday (actually, I'm
pretty sure this one was stolen). He dropped it in my slipper to
celebrate.

"I'm storing it for later".

Either that or it's a game of "hunt-the-ex-mouse" that they do so the
non-hunters can learn to hunt.

After all - have you caught your first mouse yet?

One of our cats left a mouse on the grill pan once. It's not obvious
whether it was a gift of she just wanted it back after cooking.
