FZR600R (YZF) Plug Gap

Too lazy to but a manual, so can anyone tell me the spark plug gap for a '95
FZR600R.

Also the torque pressure for the cam cover bolts would be appreciated, as
I've just snapped one!

That should be in your owner's manual.

The bike is nearly 10 years old, the owners manual was lost many moons ago.
