I rode today in 48°F temperature and almost froze.

There were a few other riders out today but they looked
like they were dressed warmer than I was. There wasn't
much wind while I was outside before my ride and the sun
was nice and warm but the wind chill riding down the
highway at 70mph was almost to cold.

It was 39 when I headed out this morning and I was nice and toasty all day
on a 210 mile ride through the twisties! Heated liners under the leathers is
very nice.

Cool products Ryan but I'm going to have to think about whether
I ride enough in cold weather to purchase those products.

Good riding gear makes all the diff in the world. I have decent first
gear stuff, including liners, pants and jacket, and the ride home
tonight (5-6deg C, about 40degF) was nice. Only problem is I need to get
some winter gloves, the summer weight gloves I have, are a bit light for
the colder weather.

There is a 20% chance of tomorrow.

That's one thing I love about living down south.  It is just about perfect
riding weather down in Louisiana right now.  I feel bad for all the guys and
gals up north that can't ride year round, but then I remember how much
better it feels up there in the summertime.

I decided to ride to the polling place this morning to vote before work...
it was 33 degrees and breezy.  The local cop looked at me like I was nuts.
This time of year, the ride home makes the cold in the morning worth it.
New England on a sunny day can be spectacular in the fall

Q:    What is the difference between a duck?
A:    One leg is both the same.

Sure I can ride year round, even though it's a bit sweltering in the
summertime.   I knew some folks that couldn't ride year round up north when
I lived in PA.  The roads were too bad in the winter time, and the wind
chill standing still was -10.

The cold is not a problem, its the ice on the roads.

Um, do you think it would be possible for the Govenor of Louisiana to anounce
that he's annexed England so I could live and ride over there too. :)
