Best Cruiser Motor

Hmmm,,  Shouldn't the question actually be.

1. V-twin
2. Opposed Twin
3. V-4
4. opposed 6

Strikes me Honda is using an opposed 6 cylinder,,, and I think you probably
should consider it a serious cruiser.   I think BMW still offers an opposed
twin in a "quazi Cruiser" or sport tourer.    Don't know that I have an
opinion yet.  But as I just purchased a Yamaha Royal star, and already have
good experience with the big Twins,  I'll let you know at the end of this
season.
