This is just a test to see what this news group thing is all about. I'm new
to this.

BTW, I've been riding for about ten years and currently own a 2004 R1.

Could someone reply as to how this all works?

Hi Craig,

Just ask what you need to know. There is always someone who can give you an
answer to your questions. A serious question gets a serious answer. A stupid
question gets what it deserves....... ;-)

Well, looks like you've got a pretty good grip of it already.

I've just been riding for about a year and 1/2 myself, and I've got a V Star
650. But, sometimes I get to ride my husband's V Star 1100.
