I have a blaster that the idle seems to getting stuck or something. It races
very high when the engine gets warm. So high that it seems like the throtle
is at full and the engine is racing at full RPMs. Is it a carb problem? New
needles or claening? Help!!

you need the owners manual to look up the problem, but yes,
carb. check the slide to see if it sticks. then try
everything else.
google should give you the manual.

In addition - you might check to see if the throttle or choke/enrichener
cables have possible been mis-routed or are kinked or being pulled.

Another possibility is an air-leak into the carbs - that'll cause a raised
RPM or hunting for idle, as well.. but not usually to the extreme that you
mentioned in the original post.

G'Luck!
