Would anyone have an idea why I can get blaster cranked but when you try to
use throttle it cuts off like it is getting too much gas and where would be
a good place to get a service manual?

...and sometimes carb fuel bowl needle valves stick in their borings.  A
good carb/fuel injector cleaner might help with what ails it.  Also make
sure the choke is not malfunctioning (staying too open or too closed,
depending on weather/temperature conditions). Good luck.
