Probably about $75.00 an hour for labor, plus shims if you need them.
But, try to get your bike running first. The gas tank will have to come off
to get at the valve cover, so why don't you go ahead and take if off and take
the lid off your air box and see if the air filter is soaked with oil, before
you go assuming that you have a valve adjustment problem?

Valve adjustments also need to be done on a cold engine. If you are going
to have the shop do it, arrange to bring it in at the end of the day, so
they can start on it in the morning.
