Just heard today there was an avalanche this weekend at the Big Iron
Shootout at Revelstoke.  Seems that the hill that gets pounded on every day
all season (Turbo Hill) avalanched this weekend during the competition.

Has anyone used a plunger style valve keeper removal/installation tool on a
DOHC motorcycle engine?  Using the tool to remove the keepers is a snap
(easier than that actually) but putting them back in doesn't seem to work as

I ride a 1981 honda cb900c. Love the bike, but the other day i had
some starting difficulties. The problem was the choke cable had slid
down and popped out. Anyways, i fixed this, but to see what it was i
had to remove the carburetor. Now i put everything back together and

Anyone know what the fork oil viscocity is for a K1100LT, the owners manual
just says 'BMW telescopic fork oil'? SAE 100 maybe?
Also the seat is split but I can't find a pattern seat cover for sensible
money - any ideas?
