| Maintenance | 31 Mar 2006 20:57 GMT | 71 |
OK, I will have my motorcycle license in just a few weeks. I've been approved (not pre-approved) for $27K in financing from Honda. I might end up buying a '06 Shadow Aero for about $7 grand. The other bike I'm considering is a '06 Suzuki C50 (aka Volusia, I think). I think ...

This past weekend (March 17 - 20) Team Suzuki Blackfoot Racing's Clint McBain went down to Las Vegas, Nevada to take part in two track days at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. On Sunday evening in the Orlean's Hotel & Casino parking lot Clint's truck was broken into and thieves stole

Before I say anything else, remember to set your clocks FORWARD one hour on Saturday evening. ...either that, or plan on being at the launch point an hour early. <grin> This Sunday, April 2, we will be meeting at the Dunkin Donuts on Route 23 in

| Rubber on the Pipes Help | 31 Mar 2006 04:59 GMT | 12 |
Anyone know of a good way to get rubber off my pipes? The former passenger lady put her boot against it. The new lady promises not to do that. I have tried several different solvents and no luck. I really don't want to scrape it as I am sure that would damage the chrome.

| Front Tire Scrub | 31 Mar 2006 04:49 GMT | 23 |
Something odd happened on my commute to work this morning. Going down a hill, there is a right hand turn I make onto another road. I've made this turn many times before without incident. This time though, the front wheel seemed to try and slide away from me or something. I

| Honda Hondamatic | 30 Mar 2006 23:48 GMT | 30 |
In '78 I had a Honda Hawk Hondamatic. My first bike & thought it would be easier to learn on it without shifting gears. Any idea why Honda will not come out with an updated version. Might be a market for beginners again.

| Found a V4 sport/tourer that I liked | 30 Mar 2006 22:30 GMT | 15 |
so I brought home a 1985 Honda V65 Sabre in nearly new condition. The first bike I've owned, after 30 years of wanting. (Yes, I am already MSF-schooled and licensed.) Once I add some saddlebags, it may be the last bike I'll ever need. This is going to be a great summer.

Hundreds of Mexican flags were displayed during the "immigration" protest marches this weekend. If the semi-comatose public could comprehend the significance of that display the illegal aliens would soon be eliminated.
