I want to change out my tank. I came into a tank for my 2006 Heritage that is off a carbureted model. My question is, can I convert that tank to be used on an EFI bike?

I've had the bike for about 4 years now and when I first bought it the front brake master cylinder didn't want to work but was coaxed into working after a little work and new fluid. Just recently I pulled it out again and noticed the front brake wouldn't work.
