| second motorcycle. | 13 Aug 2007 21:24 GMT | 4 |
I've been thinking about buying a buell as a second motorcycle. I have 18 years experience with ujm, but none with the buell ( or harley's for that matter, but I'm not interested in a cruiser)... any thoughts. My current ride is a GL 18...too heavy for just foolin' around.

I see that this bike made "Motorcyclist" magazine's "Motorcycle of the Year" (after their coverage of the Ducati 1098 I was surprised it didn't make the list as even an alternate selection). Doing a quick search of this group hasn't turned up much discussion about the bike,

Found brown oil spot under front of motor this morning. Looks like water in oil. I have owned this bike only one month and this started this morning. Is this a common problem for these bikes and is it usually a blown head gasket?
