I haven't been able to find out what the "ridiculously overpowered
motorcycles" are however:

CVT12 Dec 2007 14:37 GMT69
Yeah I know how CVT works, but:
I always wondered if the standard Scooter CVT system could be
simplified by omitting 1 of the Clutches.....
Do we really need 2 clutches on such woosy motors, since they just

a Vespa!12 Dec 2007 09:08 GMT14
Some of the guys I 'used to ride with' think I've lost it.  About three
months back one of the new hires in the plant needed some help plugging a
tire on his Vespa.  After getting intimate with the thing, I was really
surprised how these scooters have evolved.  They are running ...

To All Pillion Riders and Motorcyclists
Does your boyfriend or husband rides a motorcycle and takes you along
as a pillion rider? If he does, try this little dialogue on him.

Compliments on the sound of my bike11 Dec 2007 15:10 GMT8
I guess that stock Concours sound is a lot cooler than I thought it was,
at least according to some random dude at the gas station. I'm used to
people telling me it's a good looking bike, first time anybody has told
me how good it sounds. Then again, the guy WAS driving a ...

Harley storage bubble11 Dec 2007 03:34 GMT46
Saw one at a HD dealer... supposedly prevents accumulation of dust and
formation of condensation. Giant plastic bubble that envelopes the
entire bike with some sort of compressor to keep it inflated. Sells
for $269-289.
Clutch adjustment screw10 Dec 2007 14:16 GMT4
No, not the one on the handlebars, but the one on the clutch body
What does that screw do?  I haven't found a source anywhere that actually
describes the function of that object.
I saw an amazing thing!10 Dec 2007 03:08 GMT44
Today on the way home from Sunday morning pickup hockey, we were
overtaken by a couple on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. But that wasn't
the amazing thing. They were both wearing full-face helmets ... and that
wasn't the amazing thing either. What was amazing was that it seemed
removing stuck engine cover10 Dec 2007 00:35 GMT21
What would you recommend doing if you had to take off the clutch cover but
even after removing all the retaining screws it still won't budge?  The
clutch is wet, so using a screwdriver to break the seal between the engine
case and the clutch cover will probably damage the seals ...
