| If you could replace the Buell XB9/12's motor | 30 Sep 2004 19:25 GMT | 28 |
What would you replace it with? For me, I'd like to see a big single, maybe a bored out version of Yamaha's Raptor 660 engine, with the 720 kit. That would be a hoot!

Yo Mike...I know you went out and got a high quality Toyota when you thought you were getting a clunker domestic Pontiac. Well, I've got you beat, I went out and did something REAL stupid, I spent all morning trading in my

I never been to a trackday, and I just got introduced to technical street curves a couple years ago. I hang out with some riders that have a real strong pace. We bang the tight twistee every chance we get. Being with them my pace has increased. The other day, one rider caught me on ...

70 in a 50.... I asked the cop if he would write us a warning....He said "no, but it doesn't hurt to ask." At least he had a sense of humor. He's probably off work now, after meeting his quota: 6 Tix in 1 stop!

| Why do Harleys suck? | 28 Sep 2004 14:48 GMT | 114 |
When I bought my SV1000, I sorta considered the Buell XB12R. I steered away, mostly due to the resale value, and the reports of problems, all of none I know of first hand. I also remember my uncle Jim, who had bought an AMC manufactured Harley, and

| header torque specs? | 28 Sep 2004 12:16 GMT | 6 |
Getting a funny smell (as Troy can attest to) from the new Gixxer. Hard to tell if it's just heat or not. Doesn't smell like oil. Smells sort of like anti-freeze, but I've torn all the farings off (most difficult faring removal I've EVER had on a sport bike... but that's another ...

| Why do Harleys always get in the way | 28 Sep 2004 02:33 GMT | 100 |
I like to ride fast. Usually 10 or 100 over the speed limit. Every time I'm on a back road and cars get back up and no passing can be make, I find that it's a couple of guys doing less than the speed limit on there cool Harleys.
