Well, I just got off the phone with the dealership.
Engine is completely toast. Valves in the 3rd cylinder are completely
destroyed and there is metal pretty much everywhere in the engine.
I'll go by the dealership next week and take pictures.

I called the dealership today, they looked at the top end of the motor
and have already found metal shavings. Don't know yet though what broke
where so they're currently working on taking the entire engine out so
that they can take it apart.
