Superbowl's in the new Pumpkin shaped roll the real grass in & out stadium

or cold or wet too. Also, the PHX open is the most visible course on the
circuit.
Question: Coolant leak30 Jan 2008 23:07 GMT4
I walked by my SV yesterday in my garage and noticed a small puddle of
coolant on the floor. I've seen this before in my shed when its been sitting
for a long period of time. Yet, when I run it I do not see any leaks
anywhere and the bike doesn't overheat. I do smell a little ...
Mid Winter Break Over.30 Jan 2008 20:38 GMT16
But I managed to get nearly 150 miles in on 2 bikes!!
The newest carb work on the 1100 has just returned 43 mpg, mostly
poking around town on its first full tank. If it hadn't been for the
beautiful mountain scenery in my rearview mirror I might have just

Some bikes start better than others.28 Jan 2008 21:22 GMT17
So I wheel out the hardware after lunch today. Break the cold and
heavy oil sticking the clutch plates together loose by rocking the
bike back and forth. Note to self....next fall put the 10w-40 in for
winter storage instead of the 20w-50. I thumb the starter on the KLR.
StrikingViking28 Jan 2008 16:14 GMT3
Did anybody happen to see the National Geographic Channel episode last night
about StrikingViking and how he was kidnapped by Colombian rebels?
He's a very unusual character. I haven't decided what do believe about him,
except that he seems to think *differently* from the usual ...
Advice to Saddle about HD trashing on Reeky27 Jan 2008 23:36 GMT2
Don't! You'll learn to regret it. Many regulars over there all either own or
like Harley's and will label you thusly.

Winters acquired goodies...26 Jan 2008 03:03 GMT3
While not near as cool and Tims racing goodies, my winter take has
been a Gixxer shock for the worn out unit on the 1100, and a brace of
proper engine guards upon which to mount some decent highway pegs.
Just got the engine guards today.
Used bike sellers25 Jan 2008 18:56 GMT4
Raise your hand if you want to pay $1500 over MSRP for a used bike.

buying a vehicle procedure - seeking advice23 Jan 2008 15:27 GMT15
This is a general questions about MC but in this case it is about a car.
I found a cage to to replace my hit/poor Subaru. I visited seller, drove
the car, all is okay. Some details remained but kind of ready for a
transaction. Now, she insists to wire money to her account. All ...
Who sells more bikes, Ducati or Triumph???23 Jan 2008 10:27 GMT24
I'm not trying to stir up the pot but why not more discussion on the most
junior of the large bike manufacturer's or Triumph. IOW, not everone is
buying liter plus 1098's. Harley and Honda still are the big fish in the MC
marketplace but they're also the least likely to evolve the ...
bandages/splint off, red twin ready  maiden voyage ...22 Jan 2008 22:09 GMT14
So...I finally got my left hand back(carpal tunnel release surgery) , so not
only can I dress myself without any help, but the wrist/hand  felt good
enough to spend the day getting the Red Twin's suspension back to "close to
factory" settings.

Ping Tim Duc 1000GT vs SV-65021 Jan 2008 13:10 GMT35
Tim, I ot a subscription to Cycle World for Christmas and in the Jan issue a
face off the replica's of older versions of the Bonneville, Harley 1200
Sportster and the Duc GT-1000 (used to be bevel drive GT-900). Anyway,
except for the lurchy throttle response the Ducati it easily ...
Red Twin Diaries :Shakedown ride21 Jan 2008 00:07 GMT2
Chapter Two
This is the part where I get a bit nervous about
1. Will it start, and run?
2. What if it's a POS and I just blew all that cash on some  pile of
