Can anyone give me a point in the right direction I have recently purchased
a sparkly ZXR750L1 American Import. What would you suggest was the best
manual a Haynes or a Clymer?

I just recently bought my first bike from a dealer via EBay - a 1983
Yamaha Seca 550 RK. Despite being told by the dealer that it was in
mint running and riding condition I can't get it started in any sense
of the word. I've installed a new battery and I still can't get any

I am rebuilding a 1982 V45 Honda Sabre 750 and the front cylinders cam
timing sprokets, supposingly, have manufactures marks that are not correct.
I had to remove the cams in a unfavoritable condition, fozen, so I don't
know how to align them up properly.

So I found a good complete head for my sons Xr100. Question is, I can
flycut the head to increase the compression a bit. How much do I take
off to run the bike on 89-92 octane?

A friend told me he saw a web site that explained how to replace the
rubber turn signal "stay" (holder) on the front and back of the
Viragos.  However, I can't find anything on the subject.

I just got a 1972 honda cl350.  Both carbs leak from the overflow
tubes.  I finnaly discoverd a small hariline crack in the brass
overflow tube that is connected to the float bowl in each carb.  Does
anyone know of anyway to path it?  Also, has anyone else had this
