I'm restoring this old Yammy XS400RK. It runs damn near perfect and is in good shape - 24K miles. Anyway I need rear turn signals. All the web sites I've checked are a PITA and so far all I can find are these really small Bikemaster ones

| 1973 Yamaha 500 DOHC? | 29 Sep 2007 16:16 GMT | 17 |
Anyone familiar with these? I just picked up a very clean and low mileage one. Not sure what I'm gonna do with it yet. Trying to decide if I want to keep it or try trading it for a pre-unit Triumph, or just selling it outright.

| Bandit 1200 winterize ... | 27 Sep 2007 20:25 GMT | 7 |
Is there a discussion group for Bandits that would describe how to winterize the Bandit? In my case, it is a 2006 Bandit 1200. It is about due for it's first service at 5000km, so I will likely need to do an oil change first since I intend to continue riding until the roads ...

| spongy (disc) brake | 24 Sep 2007 23:18 GMT | 37 |
Took my XS650 out for a ride this weekend, first time in a month or so. The front brake was soft... by that I mean that I had to pull the lever maybe 1-1/2" before I felt resistance and I had to squeeze damn hard to get much feel out of the brake. Bad, I thought. But after ...
