I've been asked to find out whether there are any outlets for
spares for these things. Any ideas?

I've just be given a basket case Z250. Late 70s/early 80s.
Yes, yes, yes, I know about buying basket cases - I didn't buy this
one, it was free.
What does the vox populi think of Z250s?

There's an NSR 250 on fleabay not too far from here. It's one of those
bikes that I've always want to try so I'm starting to get the
Lozzo-style twitch...
And at that point I realise that it's being sold by the same bloke

Right it's the annual announcement of the sleaze and beer event.
This year it falls on a Sunday so one is going to require a day or two
of annual leave. For once there is no clash with TOG tours. I can assure
the virgins that it's a blast. SO's will enjoy too as long as they are

I don't expect anyone to remember the saga of getting the XV750SE
through its MOT last year because of the LOUD pipes and baffle

Inner tubes - shiter than they used to be?24 Jan 2006 19:17 GMT14
Just a sort of observation. I can't help noticing that I have to check

tyres, rather more frequently than I used to do way back when.
I mean, the 400 Four seems to lose roughly 1psi per day from its front
Of RD400s and XS650s and Trumfs (longish)24 Jan 2006 14:31 GMT19

First, Lozzo turned up, and started drooling at Hog's RD400. We agreed
that it was nice and tidy, but the yellow respray (although well done)
was fractionally lighter than stock. No worries. We then spent half an
