Went to watch some racing this morning. Those guys are complete nutcases. And there's two types: one that goes into every corner with his knee down as if on a sports bike, and the other that goes into every corner completely sideways and kicks the kerb

The Viagra was reluctant to start last week so I thought I'd put the battery on charge in case a few short journeys had drained it. Before plugging it in I checked the fluid levels and found it was a touch arid in there. Very arid. Nobody told me bike batteries need topping up ...

Regardless of what you might think of me, this is a very nice bike indeed, I have put it on eBay with no reserve, a buy it now of £1999, this is of course negotiable for anyone here. As I say, despite what some of you lot say, it is a bloody great bike.

That Michelin tyre you recommended for the faux WR250 Yamaha is great. Went for my first long(ish) off road ride the other day and was able to tackle tracks I wouldn't have attempted before. TBF this is partly because the Yam is the most competent off-road bike I have ever ridden

Just thinking aloud here.. I know I want a new (to me) bike but what would be really good would the opportuntity to do (for example) a 7-day swap with a ukrm'er (was that apostrophe inappropriate? I think it was) who had something "interesting" and who would enjoy the change.
