I am not sure if this is the right newsgroup forum to ask a question.
I recently aquired Yamaha FZR600 sport bike.
However, that I live in Northern New Jersey and I need to get down to PA
to pick up motorcycle(2 hours drive). However, motorcycle has not been

As per the subject line.  While changing the oil, I found this:

Does anyone know of any good places to buy Yamaha motorcycle parts
from besides the local dealership?  Looking to get several sets of
brake pads, as well as some specialized tools mentioned in the Yamaha

V-Stars, and came upon a bunch of unnerving reports of Yamaha not

The OEM seats on my V-star 650 Custom aren't very comfy for my or my wife's
buts.  I'm considering replacing them.

I'm about to change my oil and was wondering if there is much to removing
the pipe going into the front head (in order to allow access to the oil
filter)?  When you remove the two nuts do the pipe slide  straight out of
the head?  Does it take much pressure/twisting/turning to get ...
