My son's friend has asked me to see if anyone has experienced cold starting
problems with a Yamaha Thundercat YZF 600 (1997) and if there is a remedy,
or any course of remedial action - short of trading the bike in. It will
always start when warm, but not cold e.g. the following ...

Curious how the reviewers are receiving the new computer-controlled clutch
shift apparatus?
Might lean towards one rather than the BMW R1200RT with their  "REALLY LOUD"
electric braking system (which seems like excessive overkill).

Does anyone know were I can get piston kits for a TZR250

    My  friend is having an ongoing problem with his '86 Yamaha
FJ.  1200 .  He says when he reaches 75mph it immediately dies and
will not restart for at least an hour or two.  He says it also happens
when going about 35mph for a prolonged period.

At the moment i have the standard windshield on my Yamaha Diversion 900
(2003), but it makes a lot of noise. What is the best windshield to buy?
There are several sizes and models (flip-up, super flip-up, yamaha high
windshield etc.)

I'm looking to make some changes to my pristine R6, starting with the

Yamaha Virago 1100? The handlebars are 7/8 inch. There are a couple

I have a 1995 XV 535 Virago. It has the factory supplied "straight"
handlebars. There is an option for more laid back bars, with a small
rise.
Anyone have a second hand pair for sale??

Has anyone cut the spacer's in the fork tube's on there 1100 vstar?
Just wondering how hard it was to do, how much did you cut off, and how
does the bike handle now that it is done.  Thank's in advance to anyone

I am looking at purchasing a 1979 yamaha midnight special 2 for $600.  It
runs pretty good ... some minor backfire when shifting and it makes a weird
"starter" noise when starting.  The motor looks clean, and it has new tires.
