Just bought a '03 V-Star Classic I have 2 questions.
1. What mileage should I expect to be getting on this bike? Mainly city
driving...Using the bike to get back and forth to work. I think I am
getting about 42 mpg....does that sound about right? I had to fill up

I have a 1998 V-Star 650 Classic and am looking to learn how to do some
basic maintenance and upgrades.  Does anyone have a preference or
recommendation as to which manual might be better: Clymer vs. Haynes?

howdy.
It appears my dealer/mechanic and insurance company may declare my bmw K1100
as totalled or too expensive to repair following an accident 4 weeks ago.
My dealer has a used Yamaha 1997 Royal Star that looks quite nice, with

Considering the purchase of one of these two bikes. I have a couple of
concerns that I hope someone can address.
   The Stratoliner is air cooked. Does it tend to over heat in traffic?
Does it throw a lot of heat on the riders? I currently ride a Honda VTXC
