I have a blaster that the idle seems to getting stuck or something. It races
very high when the engine gets warm. So high that it seems like the throtle
is at full and the engine is racing at full RPMs. Is it a carb problem? New
needles or claening? Help!!

I read somewhere that an adapter kit was needed for installation of the
Cobra lightbar when a Memphis Shades windscreen was installed.
I cant find the link or where to get more details.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have a used 86 Venture that runs quietly when cold but when it heats up
the valves make an irritating high pitched ring. I have to wear ear plugs.
Otherwise I love the bike.
Is this just the way the bike is or do you think it needs the valve

Carb.  I'm looking for some good pictures to figure out all the great
articles that I have been reading about cleaning the pilot circuits.

I have put 14000 miles on my 05 V Star 1100 and I haven't adjusted the
valves yet. Is this a no no? If so does anyone know how often they need to
be adjusted?

I just bought a well-cared for 1982 750 Virago and the seat won't come
off. I can turn the key about 3/16 of a turn, but the seat won't budge.
When the seller tried to remove it, he managed to get it loose, but it
wouldn't come off. I'm not sure what he may have done to put it back ...

Any XS650 people out there?
